Honoraria help us sustain the ministry work we’re doing day-to-day. While we are grateful for every opportunity to serve, speaking and training engagements require preparation time, travel, and organizational capacity. The following reflects our standard partnership guidelines.
Single Sermon / Keynote (up to 60–75 minutes)
• $1,000 suggested honorarium
Half-Day Training (2–4 hours)
• $2,500
Full-Day Training (5–7 hours)
• $4,000
Two-Day Intensive / Conference
• $6,000+
President + Executive Director together
• 50–75% increase depending on format and preparation needs
In addition to an honorarium, we typically request:
• Round-trip airfare or mileage reimbursement
• Ground transportation (rental car or provided transport)
• Hotel accommodations (one room per speaker)
• Meals during travel and event
• AV support (projector, microphone, etc.)
• Book table space (if applicable)
If budget is a barrier, we’re always open to a ministry partnership conversation. We never want finances to prevent equipping the Church. We are happy to discuss modified honoraria, love offerings, or creative partnership options when needed.
